Culver Academics is a boarding school that comprises of three entities, Culver Summer Schools and Camps (CSSC), Culver Military Academy, CMA (for boys) and Culver Girls Academy (CGA). Situated in Indiana, US, the Academies aim to prepare young men and women for excellent future by nurturing their mind, body and soul and providing them quality education along with fine military training.
Introduction to Culver Schools
The college preparatory CMA was founded in 1894 by Henry Harrison Culver. His established the academy to prepare young boys for best of colleges, businesses in America as well as for scientific schools. Later in 1971, Culver opened CGA, Culver Girls Academy to empower women and prepare them for the attainment of highest degrees in the arena of self-development. While these two academies for young men and women aim at proving education throughout the year and develop students’ academic performance, the Culver Summer Schools and Camps provide short term courses that are excellent in reaching the height of holistic development of students. Culver Summer Schools and Camps proffers services through Culver Summer School for girls, Culver Summer Naval school for boys (CSNS), The Calvary troop Program, the Woodcraft Camp, and the Aviation School. Began in 1902, the summer camp today brings more than 1,300 students round the globe.

Tuition and fees
The school charges a nominal fee of $44,500 as boarding tuition fee and $34,500 as day tuition fee. In addition, the school charges an additional fee for uniforms, horse riding lessons, and musical classes.
Both CMA and CGA feature rich sports curriculum. Various athletic games like hockey, golf, cross country, wrestling, track, and softball are played at the academies. Both men’s varsity teams and women’s varsity teams have bagged prizes at state level championships in the US. The horseman troop of CMA is ranked amongst the most elite horseback riding troops of the United States. Recently, Culver Academic’s sailing team has participated in national events. In short, the CMA and CGA offer tremendous sports education besides fantastic academic education.
